Motanka is a UKrainian act who self-proclaim their style to be “Mystic Metal.” Combining elements of folk, prog, doom, and post-metal, their identity is most definitely mystical. The group will be releasing their debut self-titled LP on June 7th via Napalm Records.
In the meantime, you can get down with their debut single, “Verba,” which presents approximately seven minutes of cinematic rising tension that leads to bombastic climax. In regards to the single, the band stated, “One of the strongest songs that has powerful energy. The energy that all of us really need now.
