Japanese blackened deathcore act Divinitist consists of Ryu Miura (vocals), Yusuke Takano (guitar), and Kazma (bass). They’ll be releasing an EP titled Remembrance of Things Past later this year.
For now, the band just dropped “The Redemption of Heaven,” which features guest vocals by Greg Gilbert from Shrine of Malice and Cries ov Christ. The single is mostly driven by slammy, brutal deathcore but gets darker with hints of black metal the deeper you dig. Check it out below.
