Polish experimental metal project Medico Peste recently released their third full-length album titled The Black Bile via Season of Mist.
The album packs in seven songs at decent lengths, usually over six minutes. And while the material can be mostly compared to the abrasiveness and textures within black metal, these tracks layer on dizzying melodies and soundscapes akin to post-metal as well. Overall, this record has a gripping impact and will definitely be considered for best albums of the year. Check the full album out below.
