Facing the Gallows is a metalcore band based in South Africa. Last month, they dropped an EP titled Blackening, which included a couple originals, revised tracks, and an acoustic piece.
Following that release, they put together a music video for the track “Pessimist.” The band clearly has influence from classic metalcore acts like Lamb of God and Hatebreed while also holding modern melodies reminiscent of Atreyu or Miss May I. Check out the video below.
