Based out of Saint Petersburg in Russia, Trna is a blackgaze trio that formed in 2013. They will be releasing their fourth LP titled Istok in September via Candlelight Records.
For now, we can get a taste of the upcoming album in the new single “Shining,” which blends the post-rock/shoegaze aspects of Explosions in the Sky with post-black metal elements from Ghost Bath and Panopticon.
