On the fifth track “Aokigahara,” frontwoman Elfi sings out about feeling complacently lost in a forest (specifically the Japanese suicide forest), like a depressive disassociation. A majority of the track is as tender as Paramore, but moments skew into the heated chaos of The Dillinger Escape Plan.
