From the cold mountains of Russia, Serbian contemporary black metal act Grima is building momentum. Fronted by the masked frontman – Vilhelm, and his twin guitarist / bassist – Morbius, the sibling duo is joined by drummer Vlad Yungman (Ultar, Morokh) and guitarist Denis Susarev (Ultar) for their cold, ritualistic live shows.
After signing a deal with Napalm Records, the band confirmed their sixth album Nightside will drop on February 28, 2025. You can experience their winter-worn and atmospheric blackened sound now on tracks “Skull Gathers” and “Flight of the Silver Storm,” both with gorgeous videos directed by Marat Zaborovskiy.
Grima will be performing at Hellfest as well as touring through Europe with Ultar and others.
