АНТАЙТЛД / UNTITLED: Ukrainian Act Use Mathcore to Vent on Totalitarianism

Translated simply to “Untitled“, the Ukrainian АНТАЙТЛД mathcore act consists of Eugene Tymchyk (SeptaThe NietzscheNekura), Dmytro Khytryi (Rabbit Leader), Yurii Romanenko (Garmata Syndicate), and Denys Zhukovskyi (Guerilla Noir). Representing the missile-hit city of Rivne, АНТАЙТЛД is currently signed to Venona Records alongside Uzhhorod-based blackened deathcore group Crucify Me Gently, modern grungers of Kyiv OMANA, and Madagascar folk punk-rap experimentalists VNATURE.

Over the past year, the four-piece have dropped singles “швидка” and “повільна” (meaning “Fast” and “Slow”) as heavy as Knocked Loose. Recently, they dropped the berating “потужна” (“Powerful”) single. With politics, propaganda, war, and totalitarianism certainly looming on frontman Eugene Tymchyk, he states, “an absolute shitstorm is happening at the moment… don’t try to translate the lyrics though, too grim.”

Inspired by the likes of Late Night With the Devil and Twin Peaks, the video for “потужна” was filmed by Хитрий Діма, and recorded, mixed and masted by Roman Bondar (Space of Variations).

Tune-in for their upcoming ІПІ EP dropping on March 28th via Venona Records.
