A solid year ago, Bogotá-based metallers Info travelled to the German festival Wacken Open Air to perform to the masses. Coasted in black-and-white paint, the theatrical look of the group fit their extreme industrial explorations.
Set opener “Furia” kicks off with KMFDM synth-swirls and Mushroomhead melodic aggression. Vocalist Carbu maintains a heavy-electro scream akin to Combichrist, yet also explores some more blackened territory, for fans of Puritanical Euphoric Misanthropia era Dimmu Borgir.
Representing Colombian industrial metal on an international scale, I highly recommend this enigmatic band, particularly if you’re into Ministry, Psyclon Nine, or Rammstein.
