South African experimental metalcore band Treehouse Burning released their four-track EP titled Suffering earlier this year. The material represents the zany, djenty nature of Sikth with a bit of that throwback electronic style of Enter Shikari.
The opening track “Krasitam” demonstrates the group’s progressive, yet heavy identity quite well. While the buzzy and bopping synths are in full force on this piece, there are plenty of groovy and choppy riffs throughout.
