Varathron is a Greek black metal group consisting of Stefan Necroabyssious (vocals), Achilleas C (guitar), Sotiris (guitar), Stratos (bass), and Haris (drums). The band formed in 1988 and have since dropped six full-length albums and a couple EPs.
Last year, they celebrated their 30th anniversary with the ’30 Years of Darkness Tour’ and recorded their entire show on August 4th at São Paulo in Brazil. The diverse set included playing His Majesty at the Swamp in full as well as many other pieces from their whole catalog. The group will be dropping the live album titled Glorification Under the Latin Moon on September 25th via Agonia Records. You can check out the trailer below.
