Since 2004, the international band contest Wacken Metal Battle has gathered acts from regions and countries all over the world to perform at the annual German music fest Wacken Open Air. For this year’s selection of Metal Battlers, bands from Israel, Romania, Turkey, Lithuania, Egypt, Uruguay, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Bulgaria, Croatia, South Africa, Argentina, Japan, Philippines, Latvia, Hungary, and Ukraine, etc. were selected.
