Rising out of the Kolkata underground is a new group consisting of members Abhishek Dasgupta (vocals), Arindam Sarkar (Oasis at the Horizon; guitar), Sudip Nag (guitar), Bass Baban Suman (bass; DeathLore, Tomb of Lucifer), and Sayan Ukil (drums; H∆LO).
Abhishek Dasgupta Project have just unveiled their official debut single. “Shotru” (translated to “Enemy”) is alike no other, merging elements of heavy music from the 80’s and 90’s. The piece finds balance between Iron Maiden, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pantera, and Pearl Jam.
