OUT OF NOWHERE [Iran] Showcase Travel Antics, Live Performances, & Local Sightseeing in Turkey Tour Mini-Documentary

Out of Nowhere is an Iranian groove metal act who recently immigrated from their home to the neighboring country of Turkey, because “metal music is considered a crime in Iran.” While fully immigrating an entire band is a colossal task, the five-piece have nonetheless found success – whether the 200k+ views on Youtube, most votes during the Aftershock festival contest, or vocalist Amin Yahyazadeh winning The Voice Persia.

You can watch their new mini-documentary, showcasing the band’s Turkish tour with some beautiful shots in the city of Izmir, passionate crowds of Istanbul, behind-the scenes soundchecks, and overall plenty of boys bein’ boys antics and content.

Last year, we spoke to Out of Nowhere about their their immigration, Corey Taylor (SlipknotStone Sour) influence, and metal scenes in the Middle East. Full interview here.
